The following are terms & conditions set forth by La Xenia International Institute of Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All accommodation charges must be paid to La Xenia directly and all prices are for per person and per academic year unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you fail to enroll or fail to complete your programme, you will be excluded from your programme without a transfer to another programme or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you wish to change the date of admission, you should contact the Registrar Department at least two months in advance. In such a case, you might have to pay the difference between tuition fee paid and tuition fee of your preferred date of admission plus an administration charge of CHF 100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Admission to La Xenia International Institute of Switzerland (\u201cLa Xenia\u201d) is open to applicants who meet both the academic entry requirements and the external eligibility conditions necessary to study in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Applicants must satisfy La Xenia\u2019s academic, language, and conduct standards as published in official materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Admission decisions are based on the applicant\u2019s qualifications, motivation, and overall suitability for the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Applicants who require a student visa to study in Switzerland must also meet the criteria established by Swiss immigration authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Canton of Obwalden, where La Xenia is located, has informed that student-visa applications from individuals aged 30 or above will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As La Xenia is legally unable to enroll students who do not meet these visa requirements, applications from individuals aged 30 or above who require a Swiss student visa cannot be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This restriction arises solely from Swiss immigration policy, not from La Xenia\u2019s internal admissions policies. La Xenia has no control or influence over the requirements or decisions of Swiss immigration authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Xenia has no control or influence over the requirements, procedures, or decisions made by Swiss immigration authorities, and cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any visa application or for any limitations these authorities impose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students requesting an airport pick-up must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
flight details including date and time of arrival, flight numbers, airline and airport terminal \u2013 14 days prior to arrival<\/p>\n\n\n\n
their mobile number including the international area code<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For those students who have booked an airport pick-up on arrival, we will send an Arrival Transfer Confirmation to reconfirm the student\u2019s flight details and arrival time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Airport pick-up includes a maximum of 1 hour waiting time. In the event of a delay exceeding 1 hour, students will be charged an additional fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If there are more than 3 students travelling on the same flight, a shared pick-up can be requested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students who have requested a departure transfer to the airport should speak to the School Administrators a few days before departure in order to agree on a pickup time and collect their Departure Transfer Confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You need to ensure that you have sufficient time to apply and obtain a student visa (if you require a visa to stay in Switzerland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must pay all required tuition fee, application fee and any other additional fees in full amount before the date of your admission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once paid, the tuition fee and application fee cannot be transferred as credit to other students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tuition fee does not include materials or services you might require during your study e.g. textbooks, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students must attend a minimum of 80% of their classes otherwise they may lose their place on the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No refund will be given and where applicable the home office will be informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A student who does not meet the attendance requirement will not receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
